Larry Forrest

Currently serves as CEO of Smith Point Capital, Ltd., an NASD registered broker dealer. Was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Wit Capital, the world's first online investment bank, and previously served as Senior Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of Paine Webber International. Also served as Senior Vice President of Bankers Trust in charge of international corporate trust and served on Board of Directors of Cedel. Has consummated in excess of $500 million of financing through over a dozen reverse mergers and IPO's including transactions involving companies from China, Greece, and the United States, and numerous private placements. Served as a consultant to the Government of Russia in the formation of their financial markets. Earned a BS and MBA from the University of North Carolina, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds numerous NASD licenses.
